Win pampering beauty treats

May 6, 2011

It’s been a long old week (well not really, obviously, but it’s at least three weeks until the next bank holiday), and I’m ready for some serious pampering this weekend.

I’m loving the Oskia skincare range right now – gorgeous natural skincare, it smells heavenly and I love the packaging, too.

So, because I know you’re all in need of a treat as well, I’m going to give one of you the chance to win two fabulous products: the radiance-boosting Nutri-Active Day Cream, and the fabulous Eye Wonder eye serum, which reduces puffiness and dark circles.

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning these fabulous pampering beauty treats is leave your response to the following question by next Friday. Please note that usual The Mum Blog rules apply and any duplicated comments will be deleted.

Q: Why are you in need of a pampering treat?

Good luck! x

  • eileen haveron May 11, 2011 at 8:20 pm

Where do I start? I’m currently working over 40hrs a week, running a house singlehandedly, looking after a 9yr old boy, doing a degree, buying a new house, trying to diet, suffering insomnia, my 15yr old car has a scary new light on the dashboard, been single for 3yrs, and suffering from stress as my Superwoman cape seems to have frayed a wee bit. OH and i found my first grey hair…. IN MY SODDING EYEBROW.

oh god, i’ve just ranted at you……

Wow how do i compete with all those very deserving mums? • NICOLA HARTLEY May 7, 2011 at 10:20 pm

I can’t say that I deserve pampering more than any other mum, we all deserve to be pampered no matter what our circumstances!!! I would love to be pampered as I am a single mum, who has worked full time whilst studying fulltime to get my degree and now i’m on my teacher training course so I have little time or money to be pampered.

  • Anna May 7, 2011 at 10:20 pm

  • rosie May 7, 2011 at 2:47 pm

Stressy time of the year for school teacher in y6- Worked so hard to prepare the children for next week (SATs). Knowing that they are ready to fly as they stretch towards secondary school. I need to be calm to keep them- and worried parents, focused through this jittery time. By Friday I will be shattered, having carried the weight of the world on my shoulders balancing their needs and the demands of my own three children.
A pampering treat at the end of the week will help charge my batteries before we launch headlong preparing for ‘Lion King’ end of term production!

  • Liz Burton May 7, 2011 at 1:48 pm

I’ve had a really crappy week to be honest.

  • liz denial May 7, 2011 at 11:25 am

I’ve been dieting now for over a year & lost 8 stone so far though it’s not been easy as I’ve had to stop the diet every time I’ve been ill which has been quite a few as I suffer from fibromyalgia & rheumatoid arthritis & my medication compromises my immune system so I get very poorly if I get even a slight cold. I’ve just recovered from a very bad chest infection which kept me inside away from all this beautiful sunshine so I think I deserve a bit of pampering as I’m single, live alone, no family around me so if I’m going to get pampered I have to do it myself
