My weekend started with a blow dry and ended with copious amounts of cava and cake at my niece’s birthday tea. There was also a mad Challenge Anneka-style taxi ride to rescue English Mum who was stuck in the middle of some road works somewhere in the City with me yelling ‘Stop’ in three different black cabs in the space of an hour, one of which only took me round the block and charged £3 for the privilege.
Most importantly I enjoyed endless cackling with my dear blogging friends at Cybermummy and afterwards over various cocktails – the champagne with mint was particularly good – at a tapas bar near Old Street, finishing up in total hysteria near to St Paul’s .

It’s so nice to put names to faces, and see what you got up to! Look like you had lots of fun
Great company, great cocktails, great times! X
Sounds like a very good time was had by all
Lovely pics! It was so nice to finally meet you, briefly! x
Some fantastic pictures!! Looks (and sounds) like a brilliant (and somewhat knackering) weekend 🙂
Sounds (and looks!) like a brilliant weekend!
A lot of action during your weekend! 🙂
Lovely pics – and you managed to get quite a nice night shot despite the champagne and cocktails consumed…!
Ahhhhh that was lovely! The shot of us by the statue came out well despite all the cackling. As did the St Paul’s shot. I’m going to steal it as it reminds me of you 🙂
Looks like you had loads of fun, I had my own mishaps with a London cabbie who made 16 quid out of me before 9am for a journey I could have walked. Arrghhh
Lovely memories! I really love the night shot – very atmospheric!
