On Friday night myself and four other mum bloggers had a conference call with Sarah Jessica Parker *scream* about her new movie I Don’t Know How She Does It.
So what was she like? Well of course we were only on the phone, but I was really pleasantly surprised. She came across as very warm, open, funny, self-deprecating (when one of the bloggers accidentally pressed the wrong button and left the conference briefly, SJP said ‘she left already? Wow, was I really that boring?’)
She was interested in what we had to say, she was happy to talk about Matthew, her kids, she revealed she isn’t making any more movies for a while, and I think by the end we were all a little more in love with SJP.

She really did seem nice and down to earth. She obviously is at ease doing interviews but really came across as warm and genuine.
She was lovely. I saw the film last night. It’s a feel good working mum film, with some great one liners. SJP carries the film. Pierce Brosnan is dreamy. Momo, Kate’s co-worker is hilarious. Its not a film of the year, but it is enjoyable (not like Motherhood!)
I like SJP. I think she gets an unnecessary amount of negative publicity, but I find her very interesting.
