Honestly, I can hardly believe I’m writing this post. But in 10 days time I’ll be setting sail for the Bahamas on the Disney Cruise.

Me and that other shy retiring *cough* blogger English Mum have been invited to discover the delights of the newest ship, the Disney Dream.
Unfortunately it’s right in the middle of term so it wasn’t possible to take No 1 Son. I did hesitate before accepting for about… ooh, five minutes, but I know he’ll be well looked after and to be honest, I think he and his dad are looking forward to some peace and quiet (they have both told me this).
Meanwhile, I’ll be excited, nervous and doing a lot of shrieking. Starting now.
