I cannot wear any of these shoes, and yet I cannot bring myself to give them away. They are so beautiful, and they remind me of the special occasions they were bought for.
They also remind me I really must stop being a chicken and go and get my bunion done.
*This is my entry to the Gallery – the theme this week is shoes.
Never had shoes like this. Mind you, have escaped bunions so far too.
Keep them & make the appointment! Cx
Do not get rid of them! I am sure you will wear them again one day… Love the way you took the photo.
Sooo pretty. I wouldn’t be able to throw them away either!
Oh yes, you must! To not wear those shoes is a crime – they’re gorgeous – hope it works
Oh boy Liz, thems some lovely shoes.
I have a stash of those too; shoes that since having babies never see the light of day because my damn feet went up half a size
it is a crime not to wear them. They all look so gorgeous 🙂
Bunions – the curse of the shoe lover
Oh my gosh – they are lovely! The shoe on the far right, looks so pretty. Liz, get your bunions done get out of your Birkenstocks and get into these babies – they rock!
I can totally understand your reluctance to part with such beautiful looking shoes and the memories associated with them. Perhaps you should have a special ‘display shelf’ made for them with photographs in a frame above from the special occasions you’ve worn them?!
I must admit that my feet would be very glad they are unworn! They are very pretty though and if your feet are happy in them WEAR THEM! 😉
Oooh such lovely shoes! They need to be worn. Go on be brave and get that bunion done – they’re worth it!
What a pretty collection of shoes. They don’t look very comfortable though – but I don’t suppose that’s the point.
