Finding maternity clothes that you’re comfortable in, you like and that don’t cost the earth can be a bit of a challenge, as I discovered when I was pregnant with No 1 Son. Consequently I spent most of my third trimester and leggings and stretchy sweaters – fortunately it was the winter – and afterwards I didn’t want to even look at any of them again, they were so ugly. (Thank goodness for the clothes bank).
So I’m really impressed with the new maternity range from Vertbaudet. Stylish, really reasonable, well-made and very pretty.
I love this checked shirt (£17.50), t-shirt (£7.60) and striped t-shirt (£11.40), but there are loads of different outfits to choose form, including some really cute dresses.
Much better than leggings and stretchy sweaters.
